Playroom Before and After
Organizing a child’s playroom can be challenging, especially if you have a lot of toys, games, and stuffed animals taking up space. The key is to find a home for everything and help children understand where items belong. Here are some examples from a playroom we organized for a client:

Without shelves or cubbies, it’s easy for toys and other stuff to end up in a pile on the closet floor. |
By moving some furniture around, we created a more kid-friendly space that has a specific home for each item, game, or type of toy. |

Too many toys for one area of the room, making them hard to use, especially for smaller tykes. It’s also kind of a hodge podge of items that don’t really go together when playing. |
We just rearranged some toys and shelving in the room so items fit better and toys were within easy reach. Plus, we grouped items that will likely be played with together. |

These shelves just needed a little organization. They could be very useful for displaying toys and for storage, so we just had to find the right fit for specific items. |
This makes better use of the space and shows off a few toys that compliment each other. |
